Hi, I'm Mary 👋🏽

Who I am: Senior Product Designer at Microsoft, currently designing AI-assisted admin experiences for Microsoft Entra. Before that, I led design for Catalog AI and a five-accelerator agentic AI program.

What I design: conversational AI, agentic UX, and decision-support tools that make complex enterprise systems (identity, security, sales) feel legible and trustworthy.

What excites me: human-AI interaction patterns, explainability, and the shift from designing interfaces to designing systems where people and AI work together.

Exploring now: agentic UX, AI-native design systems, and mentoring engineers and career-changers moving into design.
