Investors are already able to network with like-minded investors online using Facebook groups, Bigger Pockets and more. But what if there was a more intelligent, streamlined way to connect with like-minded individuals leveraging technology such as AI?

The Challenge

This mobile app began as a side project to explore ways early stage real estate investors can connect with each other and grow their portfolios more efficiently. The idea came to mind as our team was managing out of state properties from across the country, as well as across time zones.

Next Steps

Creating a minimal viable product will be the next step, which will be helpful for User Testing. Gather Feedback from groups of potential users to gather feedback on the prototype. Then implement feedback, making necessary adjustments and improvements based on user feedback. Finally, develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), developing only the core features that provide the most value to users.
